Book introductions: title pages, Preface.
The origins of this book and the evidence bases it follows up on. What story it tells; why it was written, and which readers it aims at. The fact it connects textbook quantum theory with Mathematical Logic; and that new information, unaccounted for in textbook theory, enters quantum mechanics, by way of self-referential processes. The fact that unitarity must be re-thought as an a posteriori condition, rather than the a priori ontology.
